To support the car park security and its patrons as well as enhance the customer experience, Cutting-Edge CCTV and Video Surveillance System was introduced to the car park. The system allows the use of video cameras to monitor the parking facility, transmitting the signal to a set of monitors in the brand-new bespoke Operations Control Centre.
The video remains recorded on a Network Video Recorder for a specified period to allow retrospective investigation. Real-time monitoring of activities helps to identify and act on congested traffic before the issue escalates. By using the ultra-modern video and audio system the operator can see the customer they are speaking with over the intercom, which improves the operator’s capability to understand the issue and guide the customer to resolving their issue, thus improve the overall customer experience. It also helps to identify fraudulent and dangerous parking activity like tailgating, trace the cause of an accident and follow up with the responsible party.
The Operations Control Centre brings all the features from the Parking Management Systems, Video Surveillance, and ANPR together where issue identification, response, and resolution can be facilitated from.
